The arrangement was beautiful and delighted my birthday friend. It was exactly as pictured too.
The only downside was because it was for a birthday I needed to know it was out for delivery and when it was delivered as I booked in advance, the item was delivered in the afternoon but no confirmation until 6.45pm, marked as delivered.

I am a Norwegian and living with my American wife 6 months here in Lebanon and 6 months in Norway. My wife's birthday is always celebrated here in USA , and flowers are from you!
I have always big expectations since you always delivers excellent product. This year it was far above our expectations and my wife was very , very happy! Many thanks for you once more makes her day special. I will make another contact next year while we are here in USA!

I used Nancy’s to send a friend flowers as I live in another state. The online order process was seamless, my follow call the next day to confirm was pleasant, she was even already aware of my order and put my mind at ease for a fast and successful delivery.
